MECHANIC

ADMAR Supply is seeking an Equipment Technician to support the maintenance and repair of our diverse range of construction and industrial equipment.
As an Equipment Technician, you will play a vital role in ensuring the reliability and functionality of our rental fleet.

Responsibilities:
1.
Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on construction and industrial equipment.
2.
Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues promptly.
3.
Conduct equipment testing to ensure optimal performance and safety compliance.
4.
Maintain accurate service records, including maintenance logs and inspection reports.
5.
Assist in assembling and disassembling equipment as needed for rentals.
6.
Collaborate with service manager to ensure timely equipment availability.
7.
Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines while working on equipment.
8.
Assist in maintaining an organized equipment yard and storage area.
9.
Monitor equipment inventory levels and communicate replenishment needs.
Requirements:
1.
High school diploma or equivalent.
2.
Previous experience in equipment maintenance is a plus, but not required.
3.
Basic mechanical knowledge and a willingness to learn on the job.
4.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
5.
Good communication skills and customer service-oriented.
6.
Physical ability to lift and move heavy equipment (up to 50 pounds).
7.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
