SUMMARY AND PURPOSEThe HR/Office Admin is to support all administrative roles for HR and support any administrative duties needed for the office and executive team.
This person will perform routine clerical work, coordinate the office for any tasks associated with visitors, answer telephones, and support any other administrative duty as requested.
KEY
Responsibilities:
HR Administration:
Support the HR manager with clerical duties to include processing documents, maintaining documents and files in an organized fashion and supporting any other administrative duty as requested.
Visitor Coordination:
Support all administrative duties associated with visitors coming to the office.
This includes preparation activities (coordinating travel, conference room set-up, drafting itineraries/agendas, communication, etc.
) and supporting the onsite visitation to include coordination of meals and any other activities need to support the visitation.
Office Administration:
Support all office administrative duties associated with coordinating supplies, answering phones, and other reception type activities.
Prepare paperwork for changes in status including promotions, separations and the merit increases.
Assist in managing all aspects of the Company's HRIS system.
Maintain the integrity and confidentiality of human resource files and records.
Perform periodic audits of HR files and records to ensure that all required documents are collected and filed appropriately.
Achieve and maintain a positive rapport with internal and external customers.
Collaborate with internal teams to support all business needs.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Drive efficiency and productivity while delivering the best in class customer experience.
PROFESSIONAL
Qualifications Education:
Undergrad degree preferred, or equivalent with 5-10 years of relevant experience.
Experience:
2-3 years minimum of administrative experience Experience user with Microsoft Office (Primarily Excel and Word).
Knowledge of Paylocity preferred.
Skills:
Proven ability to work in a cross functional team environment.
Highly effective time management, personal organization, and communication skills.
Demonstrates strong attention to detail while multi-tasking to achieve quality, timely completions of tasks.
A Results Oriented attitude coupled with a strong sense of accountability.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
